What we collect
WordFlex stores the account you create (email, username, display name), the words you claim or trade, payments needed to settle a sale, and play records (rank, tickets, match results). If you write a bio, an owner line, or a report, we keep that so the market and support can run.
Payments
Checkout and seller payouts go through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe sees the payment details they need to charge, refund, or pay you. Affiliate codes and checkout session ids are stored so a paid claim can be attached to the right account.
Login
Sign-in is handled by Supabase Auth (email or Google). Session cookies keep you logged in on this device. We use them to know it is you, not to sell a profile of you.
What we do not sell
We do not sell your email list or payment data. Public pages show usernames, owned words, listings, and activity that the market needs to be visible. Private account pages stay behind login.
How long
Ownership history and completed sales stay so the tape is honest. You can ask us to hide an account or a word. Email wordflexcom@gmail.com and we will say what we can delete versus what the ledger has to keep.
